Inauguration of the factory for aerated concrete in Sayansk not far from the lake of Baikal
14 Apr 2011 - On 24 March 2011, the inauguration of the first construction of the aerated concrete factory took place in Sayansk, region of Irkutskaya, which is located at a distance of approx. 400 km from the unique lake of Baikal.
In the year 2008, the company Masa-Henke Maschinenfabrik GmbH signed the engineering contract with ZAO Sayanskgasobeton for a production factory of autoclaved aerated concrete.
In May 2009, the delivery contract for the complete technological line was signed.
In June 2010, assembly of the main equipment was started at the factory. In November 2010, the Russian and German specialists began with the commissioning work.
On 24 March 2011, the inauguration of the first construction of the aerated concrete factory took place in Sayansk, region of Irkutskaya, which is located at a distance of approx. 400 km from the unique lake of Baikal.
At the opening ceremony were present the top management of the factory with Director W.K. Kruglov of the Administrative Holding and Director N.W. Gaidukov of the factory and the representatives of the company "Masa-Henke Maschinenfabrik GmbH" R. Ovesiek and A.K. Ivanov, the central figures of the administration of Sayansk and the Irkutskaya region, as well as invited guests and journalists.
The new firm became the most easterly factory on the territory of the Russian Federation, that works with traditional technology. The production output of the factory OAO Sayanskgasobeton will be carried out under the registered trade mark "Silex".
At the factory 2 autoclaves work, the production capacity amounts to 360 m³ of aerated concrete per day. In the ensuing time an extension of the firm up to 6 autoclaves (that is up to 1080³ per day) is planned.
The management of the factory is planning to compile a portfolio of technical solutions with instructions for erecting the buildings of aerated concrete blocks as well as to advise the customers in building matters.
Thanks to modern equipment of the company Masa-Henke, that distinguishes itself by high quality, effectiveness and ease of production, the project realized in Saynsk will considerably reduce the construction costs and speed up building in the region of Irkutskaya.
