Masa @ bauma - A Resounding Success

Andernach and Porta Westfalica 17 abr 2025 - Masa showcased itself at bauma in Munich with an impressive stand, solidifying its position as one of the leading manufacturers of machinery and equipment for the building materials industry.

For the Masa team, bauma was far more than just a trade fair. It served as an international meeting place and an outstanding platform to present and experience innovations and advancements for the concrete block, aerated concrete, and sand-lime brick industries.

The strong interest in the exhibits, the focus on topics such as product quality, product traceability, and digital services, as well as the overwhelming response to our yellow-blue booth, made bauma a great success. The conversations with German, European, and international customers and partners were equally inspiring, enriching, and stimulating for existing and new business relationships.

Representative of the entire stand, here are just a few of the visitor magnets:

• Masa GreyHUB showcased an important innovation: the new Optical Quality Control System as a discerning eye in production. Thanks to AI-supported analysis, deviations are automatically classified and visualized in real-time. The system is fully integrated into the Masa plant control, making quality control faster and more efficient than ever.

• Masa WhiteHUB demonstrated two powerful tools with the Masa Production Reporting System and the Green Cake Monitoring, which provide real-time insights into production processes and help ensure optimal and consistent product quality, working more efficiently, transparently, and proactively.

• Masa DigitalHUB presented the latest developments of the Masa Service Cloud. This digital milestone enables tracking production data and machine data anytime, anywhere, and online, accelerating processes thanks to digital documentation and easy spare parts ordering.

• Another highlight was the use of virtual 360° panoramas of a concrete block and an aerated concrete production plant to guide customers through the production processes and provide them with a vivid, practical understanding of the plant.
