The heart of a sand lime brick making plant
The different types of Masa sand lime brick presses are designed for different production capacities. The actual capacity depends on various factors, such as the individual raw material mix and the size of the finished products – from small bricks to large-sized plain elements.
|HDP 800 U*||HDP 800 N*||HDP 1200 J*|
|1050 x 550||1050 x 770||1110 x 772|
|Max. brick height|
|Press capacity in bricks per hour**|
|240 x 71 x 1130 mm||8500||8500||7800|
|240 x 115 x 113mm||4580||4580||4200|
|250 x 240 x 248 mm||1900||1900||1540|
|175 x 998 x 648 mm||--||--||540|
|* U = Lower presshead pressing, N = Normal (double-sided), J = Jumbo|
** The calculation of the capacity per shift is based on an efficiency factor of 90 %. Real capacity is dependant on factors like mixture of raw materials and product size.
The variety of sand lime products depends on the moulding tools. It is possible to manufacture bricks with eg. chamfers or holes for handling. Sand lime bricks with tongue and groove, with impressed installation channels or other cavities are some examples only from a wide range of possibilities.
