Masa Cuboter

The complete servo driven cubing system
for a sensitive handling of concrete products.

Masa with a cuboter of the latest generation is well positioned.

Features and special executions:
  • Functional group "carriage"

    The servo gear motor with tooth belt drive allows to locate different take-off or deposit positions. Thereby long traveling distances can be realized.

  • Functional group "lifting device"

    The trouble-free handling of varying take-off and deposit heights is assured by the servo driven lifting device as well as the function of trap point bypass.

  • Functional group "turning device"

    The different turning device positioning takes place through a tabular input in the recipe. Thus an induvidual positioning for different products is possible with the servo driven turning device. Furthermore additional functions like centering parameters, displace programms etc. can be inputted via the tabs in the recipe.

  • Functional group "clamping basket"

    The clamping basket with main and side clamp is driven by two electrical servo cylinder. Clamping programs and their progress can be saved in the recipe memory.

  • Special executions

    Special executions available for:

    • increased lifting weight
    • increased carriage speed (fast version)
    • increased traveling distance
